This is "Mr. Tubbs", and he is up for adoption through Suffolk Animal Control. He can be seen inside of PetSmart on Portsmouth Blvd. (Chesapeake Square.) Okay, so c'mon. Tell me you wouldn't want to adopt this cat just for the friggin' mustache. I totally want to call him Adolf, but they won't let me. (LOL) NOW somebody tell me God doesn't have a sense of humor. Haha...
